Welcome to Family Flow. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Family Flow platform and services operated by Family Flow, LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account or using Family Flow, you represent that:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To use Family Flow, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
3.2 Family Accounts
Family accounts allow multiple family members to access shared features:
- The account holder (primary parent/guardian) is responsible for managing family member access
- Children access the platform through the family account, not individual accounts
- The account holder is responsible for all family member activities
4. Subscription and Payment
4.1 Pricing
Family Flow offers subscription plans as described on our website. Prices are subject to change with notice.
4.2 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for subscription fees
4.3 Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- Refunds are provided at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Family Flow to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
- Use automated systems to access the service without permission
- Collect or harvest user information without consent

6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Rights
Family Flow and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Family Flow, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to Family Flow. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process that content to provide the service.
6.3 Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about Family Flow become our property and may be used without compensation or attribution.
7. Third-Party Services
Family Flow integrates with third-party services including:
- Google Calendar and Apple Calendar for synchronization
- OpenAI for AI-powered features
- Stripe for payment processing
Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Family Flow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including:
- Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
AI-generated suggestions and wellness insights are for informational purposes only and should not replace professional advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Family Flow, LLC shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
- Service interruptions or data breaches
- Actions of third-party service providers
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Family Flow, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content you submit to the service
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or the service
- Extended periods of inactivity
- Failure to pay subscription fees
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through account settings.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Missouri.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through:

- Updated effective date on this page
Continued use of Family Flow after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
14. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Family Flow, LLC
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, other provisions remain in effect
- Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver
- Assignment: We may assign these Terms; you may not without our consent
